Return Policy and Process

Due to health and safety considerations, we do not accept returns on consumable items such as tea. Additionally, we do not accept returns for:
- Free promotional giveaway items
- Items that are damaged after delivery
- Items that have been used or are no longer in their original packaging
If you have placed a paid order and the product arrives in defective condition, please contact us by email. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for returning the item, if eligible.
Please note: All taxes and duties incurred during shipment are the responsibility of the customer. People of Tea cannot take responsibility for any additional charges, delays, or customs issues once the item has been shipped.

Refund and Dispute Policy

- Digital Products: All sales of digital items (e.g., downloads, PDFs, digital booklets) are final and non-refundable.
- Physical Products (if applicable): Refunds are only issued for defective products from paid orders, as outlined in our Return Policy.
