Exchanges & Returns Policy	Returns and exchanges requested by customers Due to the nature of consumable goods (e.g. tea), we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective, including promotional giveaways. If the item has been opened, used, or is not in its original packaging, we cannot accept the return.
